    The International Committee for Exhibitions (ICOM Exhibitions) was established in 1980 as the International Committee for Exhibition Exchange, with the mandate to foster cooperation and promote traveling exhibitions in the museum sector. In 2024, it was renamed as ICOM Exhibitions with the role of engaging all content focused community members.
